  Terrible. Packaged so badly the chrome plated brass items arrived with only a plastic bag to protect them and so were damaged. No apology. Company sent me photographs of what was supposed to be the package but it bore no resemblance - the cardboard (which arrived crushed and torn) was a different colour for a start. Extremely poor customer service. Was asked to return the product for which I had to pay postage and then refused refund a refund. I would never use this company again. There doesn't appear to be any way to add a poor review to their website which contains reviews from only satisfied customers so they obviously only choose to put 4/5 star reviews on their website.

  With regards to Mrs McDonnell's review we feel it prudent to note that all door sizes were supplied by the customer and were made to order. As such we cannot accept returns on these items. We are sorry you felt that we left you with an incomplete unit, although an offer of goodwill was made to provide the extra items you desired at a heavily reduced rate, this was ultimately not accepted.
