    Bought a bed and mattress, bed ok but after 12 months the mattress which cost £400 was sagging at both sides and really uncomfortable, owner came out and ageeed it wasn’t right then emails me to say they won’t exchange or refund! Even though there is meant to be a five year guarantee! Do not buy from this place the quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse. Instead we bought an EVE mattress online it’s great.
